Refine your communication skills

As you move into selling and communicating in other countries, you're going to run into worlds that are different from the place you've come to call home, and what you did there to make a name for yourself isn't going to cut it anymore.

Once or twice a week we send out an email. About half the emails are pretty direct tips to help you do what you'll need to do in the new place. The other half of the emails make a connection between one thing that appears to be completely unrelated, and the pretty direct tip that'll help you do what you'll need to do in the new place. In Matt's opinion, these are the way more interesting ones, because they show you another way to see the world.
