Step away from the PowerPoint

My friend Şebnem Dağ Güven, Chief Commercial Officer for payments processor iyzico, has her people use an approach similar to what I’ve been using in my trainings for years. Before she lets them build the presentation, she has them walk through what they are going to talk about, and then write it out in Word, and THEN they can open PowerPoint.
